Below the free-delivery threshold, you pay the carrier’s delivery charge. Any pay-on-delivery fee is separate.

Delivery may take up to 7 days.
📦 Nova Poshta — from UAH 80
To a branch or parcel locker — free for orders from UAH 2,000.
🚚 Nova Poshta courier — free from UAH 3,000
Below UAH 3,000 — delivery is charged at carrier rates.
📦 Ukrposhta — from UAH 50
Free for orders from UAH 1,300.
Personal discount or free delivery. These benefits cannot be combined. Free delivery requires the selected delivery method’s threshold to be met.
⏱ Dispatch schedule
Orders confirmed by 18:00 are usually picked, packed and dispatched the next day, usually by 17:00. Prepaid orders are released for dispatch after full payment is received; cash-on-delivery orders are released after the order is confirmed.
Estimated transit time is 1–3 business days, depending on the region and carrier. ROZETKA Delivery may take up to 7 days.
📦 Please inspect your parcel upon collection
Inspect the packaging and items at the branch before completing collection, regardless of your payment method. If anything is damaged or incorrect, tell the carrier’s staff, take photos, complete a damage report/claim and contact us before taking the parcel away.
🕒 Collect your order on time
Nova Poshta — within 5 days.
Ukrposhta and ROZETKA Delivery — within 7 days.
The period starts when the parcel arrives at the branch or pickup point. Uncollected orders are returned after this period.
💬 Important: cash on delivery
Free delivery covers parcel shipping only. If you pay on collection, the carrier charges you separately to send the payment to us.
Nova Poshta / NovaPay: standard fee: 2% of the amount + UAH 20; different terms may apply when paying with NovaPay cards.
Ukrposhta: standard cash-on-delivery transfer fee: 2% + UAH 10.
ROZETKA Delivery: a separate cash-on-delivery fee applies under the service’s current terms.
The final fee depends on the payment method and carrier’s terms. NovaPay rates · Ukrposhta rates.
WayForPay / MonoPay: 0% payment fee for you. Bank transfers: your bank’s fees may apply. Full prepayment avoids the carrier’s pay-on-delivery fee.

What happens next
If you provided an email address, we’ll send your order contents, total and payment details there.
Tracking — by regular SMS. After dispatch, check the Messages app on your phone. Use the tracking number to follow your parcel with the carrier.
