Please pick up your parcel within 7 days after it arrives at the pickup point — otherwise, it will be returned.

Inspection upon delivery

When receiving your order, please inspect the parcel at the pickup point (outer packaging and the item inside), regardless of the payment method.
If you notice any damage/defects, refuse the parcel, take photos, and file a damage report/claim with the carrier’s staff.
