🌶️ Everest began with a small spice shop of around 200 square feet. Vadilal Bhai paid close attention to the blends home cooks were asking for, and that practical approach led to early signature products such as Milk Masala, Garam Masala and Tea Masala. The Everest brand was registered in 1967.
🍛 Over time, Everest became a highly recognisable language of ready-made masalas: one blend, one culinary purpose. Rather than treating “Indian seasoning” as a single flavour, the brand builds profiles around particular dishes, drinks and cooking styles.
At Taj Mahal, Everest is best explored by recipe — garam masala, chai masala, chaat, biryani or another direction. It is an easy way to notice how dramatically the balance of spices can change from one Indian dish to the next.
