🌿 Dabur is one of India’s oldest major consumer brands to grow out of the Ayurvedic tradition. In 1884, physician S. K. Burman began making Ayurvedic preparations in Calcutta with the aim of making traditional formulations more accessible. From a small family venture, Dabur gradually developed into an international consumer-goods company.
✨ What makes Dabur distinctive is not one category but its ability to bring Ayurvedic and botanical heritage into everyday routines: hair care, oral care, beauty, beverages and traditional products such as Chyawanprash. That is why names such as Dabur Red and Miswak sit alongside Amla, Gulabari, Vatika and other well-known lines from the Dabur family.
At Taj Mahal, the brand appears across a particularly broad mix — from toothpastes and hair oils to rose water, Chyawanprash and selected Ayurvedic products. Product-specific benefits and directions should always be checked on the individual item page.
